Mine did not include a power adapter, despite the item description and included manual saying that it should have one. I see other reviews saying the same thing, so it isn’t just me. Despite that small issue, everything else seems to be as described.
Pump was in several pieces, came apart in shipping but reassembled and worked fine. Very quiet operation. Manual says power block included, but none in package.
